（中央社倫敦3日綜合外電報導）奧斯卡金像獎頒獎前夕，好萊塢大亨溫斯坦的律師接受英國「泰晤士報」訪問表示，女性為發展演藝事業而與好萊塢製片人發生性關係，這「不是強暴」。

法新社報導，布拉夫曼（Ben Brafman）是美國頂尖刑事辯護律師之一。因性騷擾、性侵害和強暴等指控而身敗名裂的溫斯坦（Harvey Weinstein），聘請布拉夫曼為他辯護。

已有100多名女性指控溫斯坦在40年間行為不端，但布拉夫曼辯解說，溫斯坦未涉犯罪行為。

他告訴「泰晤士報」（The Times）：「如果一名女性為發展演藝事業，決定要跟好萊塢製片人發生性行為，實際上也這麼做了，但又對整件事情感到不愉快，這不是強暴。」

布拉夫曼說：「這等於是在自主意識下決定，為發展演藝事業，不惜做出會讓自己不舒服的事。」

溫斯坦曾兩度結婚，育有5名子女。英國和美國警方都對他展開調查，但尚未指控他任何罪名。

溫斯坦否認曾與任何人發生非合意性行為。據報導，他正接受性癮勒戒治療。

布拉夫曼告訴「泰晤士報」，他客戶的行為反映整個產業的文化：「好萊塢的『沙發試鏡』（casting couch）不是溫斯坦發明的。」

「沙發試鏡」意謂以性服務換取演出機會。

雖然明天的奧斯卡頒獎典禮不歡迎溫斯坦到場，藝術家還是將他惡名昭彰的「沙發試鏡」製成藝術作品，以配合典禮。
